You need a government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar, PAN card or passport — and one address-proof document. Upload both under Account Settings before raising a withdrawal request. The verification review takes up to twelve hours and you receive an email once it is complete.

Once your identity check is complete, standard withdrawals process within twenty-four hours on our side. After that, the time to your bank depends on your bank's IMPS or NEFT cycle, which typically adds between thirty minutes and four hours.
